Project Planning & Execution ,Team & Resource Leadership , Cost, Budget & Contract Control, ?uality, Safety & Compliance, Progress Monitoring & Reporting, Stakeholder & Client Management , Handover & Closuremust have experience in marine related projects , must have experience in marine related projects , must have atleast completed 2-3 projects.
To control cost and manage risk in order to achieve or better the scheduled project margin. To inculcate the Quality, Health, Safety and Environment culture, systems and approaches in order to ensure company corporate standards are achieved or bettered, ensure compliance to local legislation and maintain Client Satisfaction. Execution of job as per ACE. To manage the client so as to optimize the company's opportunity on the project and to build a sound relationship with the client in order to help ensure project objectives are achieved and opportunities are maintained for future business. Follow up Clients from time to time for all the input requirement. Ensure that all contractual letters are written for safe guarding the interest of the company. Ensure that all claims are lodged on time with clients. Ensure timely submission of client invoice and collection of outstanding amounts on time. To manage resource (equipment, people, subcontractor, etc) in order to achieve or exceed contract schedule requirements and minimize cost. To plan the execution of the project in order to achieve or exceed contract schedule requirements and minimize cost. To coordinate the activities of the project team and to create a harmonious working environment that supports the development of project employees in order to maximize team productivity and develop skills as required. To execute the project recognizing the stakeholders in order to mitigate concerns and achieve overall project objectives. To complete detailed monthly reporting including contract evaluation, contract forecast, safety performance,, client and contract information in order to document the project status and performance for the month. B.E.Civil Engg / B.Tech Civil Engg Minimum 18-25 Yrs * PMP certification / Project Management certifications advantageous , Proven experience in delivering large-scale projects successfully , Multi-project leadership experience preferred
