About the Role

UrbanSpire Structures Limited is looking for an experienced

Project Manager - Marine Works

to handle marine and coastal construction projects. The role involves planning, executing, and completing projects on site while ensuring quality, safety, timelines, and budgets are met.

Key Responsibilities

Manage marine construction projects from start to finish Handle

fish landing centre construction and maintenance

Manage

fishing jetty and harbor development works

Oversee

anti-sea erosion bund protection works

Supervise

dredging work in sea

and

piling for jetty construction

Coordinate

floating jetty design and installation

Manage site teams, contractors, and vendors Ensure work is completed as per drawings, quality standards, and safety norms Monitor project timelines, costs, and daily progress Prepare basic reports and update stakeholders regularly

Requirements

BE/B.Tech or Diploma in

Civil Engineering

. 5+ years' experience in

construction

project execution. Experience with government or

port-related projects

. Knowledge of

coastal regulations

and

approvals

.

Project management certification

is a plus. Practical experience in

Fish landing centres, Jetties and harbors, Dredging and piling works, Coastal protection / sea erosion works, Floating jetties

Good understanding of

marine construction methods

Ability to

manage teams and work

in site conditions. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Willing to travel between Pune & Goa sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?9,361.99 - ?27,193.62 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

North Goa District, Goa: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
