Job Title: Project Manager

Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai

Gender: Male

Experience: More than 10 years

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture

Salary: ?60,000 - ?65,000 per month (in-hand)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Execution: Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

2. Site Supervision: Oversee on-site work, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, safety norms, and quality standards.

3. Coordination: Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project progress.

4. Technical Review: Review and approve BOQs, drawings, technical specifications, and material submittals.

5. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project records, progress reports, and billing documentation.

6. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, delays, and cost overruns proactively.

7. Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and statutory requirements.

8. Team Leadership: Lead project teams, conduct review meetings, and ensure timely project completion and handover.

Required Skills & Competencies:

1. Proven experience in project planning, execution, and monitoring.

2. Strong leadership and team coordination skills.

3. Expertise in budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.

4. Excellent vendor, client, and stakeholder management.

5. Proficient in MS Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD.

6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

7. Excellent communication and reporting skills.

8. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control.
