Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and deliver construction projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and site engineers for project execution.
Prepare and monitor project schedules, resource allocation, and cost control.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and statutory regulations.
Conduct site visits and inspections to track progress and resolve issues.
Prepare and present project status reports, MIS, and documentation to management and clients.
Manage procurement, vendor negotiations, and subcontractor performance.
Handle risk management and problem resolution during execution.
Lead project teams and ensure proper communication across stakeholders.
Ensure timely handover of projects with adherence to specifications and client satisfaction.
Requirements
Required Skill Sets
Strong knowledge of construction project management, civil engineering, and site execution.
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, ERP systems).
Expertise in budgeting, cost estimation, and contract management.
Excellent leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.
Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and compliance.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Effective communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
