- Project Manager (Law Learning Platform)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee academic and digital projects for our law learning platform that delivers online and hybrid legal education. The candidate will be responsible for managing course launches, coordinating faculty and student engagement programs, and ensuring timely, efficient, and high-quality execution of projects aligned with organizational growth in the legal education domain.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

Lead end-to-end project delivery for law courses, exam-prep modules, and hybrid learning platforms. Coordinate with faculty, content creators, and technology teams to ensure seamless rollout of legal courses. Develop project dashboards, Gantt charts, and structured reporting systems to monitor progress, budgets, and timelines. Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies to manage course development, digital initiatives, and operational improvements.
Stakeholder & Team Management

Collaborate with law faculty, subject experts, academic teams, and marketing departments for course launches. Manage onboarding and training for legal educators and mentors. Facilitate communication between leadership, students, and administrative teams to ensure project alignment.
Process Improvement & Automation

Implement automation tools to reduce manual reporting and improve efficiency in tracking student enrollments, exam performance, and course completion rates. Utilize data analytics (Excel, Power BI, SQL basics) to provide insights on student retention, performance, and outcomes. Introduce structured documentation and reporting templates for transparency across projects.
Risk & Change Management

Identify and mitigate risks in academic scheduling, faculty availability, and course delivery timelines. Manage change requests effectively, ensuring smooth transition during new course launches, digital platform migrations, and legal curriculum updates.

Timely launch of law courses and judiciary/competitive exam programs. Improved student engagement and retention rates through structured project interventions. Qualifications & Skills

Education: Postgraduate degree (any discipline); preference for candidates with exposure to law or education sector. Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in project management (EdTech, coaching, or training sector). Tools & Methodologies: Proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana; Agile, Scrum, Waterfall methodologies. Technical Skills: MS Excel, Power BI, SQL (basic), project dashboards. Certifications: Google Cloud Data Analytics, IBM Data Analytics, Python (automation). Soft Skills: Leadership, communication, stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, negotiation, and team management.
