About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
We are looking for a highly skilled and technically capable Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and
delivery of software development projects. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical teams and
stakeholders, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies effectively.
Team Coordination & Leadership
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, UI/UX designers, and
DevOps engineers.
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives for agile projects.
Ensure clear communication and alignment between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular status updates and addressing
concerns proactively.
Gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into actionable tasks.
Quality & Delivery Assurance
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Ensure deliverables meet defined quality and performance standards.
Oversee UAT and production rollouts to ensure smooth deployment.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and post-implementation reviews.
Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and performance metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience: 4+ years in project management within a software development or IT environment.
Strong technical understanding of web and mobile application development, APIs, databases,
and cloud environments.
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to analyze technical requirements and coordinate with development teams effectively.
PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications are an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps workflows, or automated testing frameworks.
Knowledge of modern technologies such as React, Node.js, Python, AWS, or Azure.
