Roles and Responsibilities

Coordinate execution of electrical works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Review electrical drawings, schematics, single-line diagrams, and specifications to ensure constructability and scope alignment. Prepare, track, and close

RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and material approvals

in coordination with consultants and project managers. Assist in

material take-offs

, procurement planning, and tracking of electrical materials, equipment, and accessories. Monitor site progress, manpower deployment, and productivity; provide regular technical and progress reports to Project Managers. Coordinate with site supervisors, electricians, subcontractors, and other trades to resolve technical and sequencing issues. Support

testing, inspection, commissioning

, and authority approvals for electrical systems. Assist in preparing

method statements, ITPs, and work plans

for electrical installations. Track variations and assist in preparation of

change orders, technical justifications, and cost backups

. Ensure compliance with applicable

electrical codes, standards, and local authority regulations

. Support implementation of

HSE requirements

, including permits, risk assessments, and toolbox talks. Maintain accurate project documentation, drawings, revisions, and as-built records. Assist in preparation of

monthly progress claims, cost reports, and project close-out documentation

(as-builts, O&M manuals).
What we are looking for:

Minimum 3

years of experience

as a Project Coordinator or similar role in an electrical contracting firm. Strong knowledge of

LV/MV systems

, power distribution, lighting, earthing, and containment systems. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications. Proficiency in

MS Excel, MS Project

, and document control systems. Familiarity with construction project workflows and site coordination. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Qualification-B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering Knowledge in AutoCAD Electrical/ETAP.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
