Take complete ownership of assigned software projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met.
Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects in alignment with business goals and client expectations.
Act as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams (development, UI/UX, QA, DevOps), and management.
Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation with a strong focus on execution.
Track daily project progress, manage risks, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues.
Ensure clear documentation including project plans, requirement documents, timelines, and status reports.
Conduct regular stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives (Agile/Scrum-based projects).
Coordinate closely with software development teams to ensure technical feasibility and smooth delivery.
Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource utilization effectively.
Ensure adherence to internal development processes, quality standards, and best practices.
Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Manage change requests and scope adjustments with proper impact analysis.
Support UAT coordination, final deployment, and post-launch activities.
Drive continuous improvement in project execution and delivery efficiency.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Prior experience working in the
software development industry
is a strong advantage.
Proven ability to handle multiple software projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
Highly organized, execution-focused, and detail-oriented.
