Job Summary



We are looking for an experienced, English-speaking

Project Manager

to lead and deliver advertising and marketing campaigns across multiple clients. The role is responsible for managing end-to-end project execution--right from collecting client briefs to final delivery--ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinate with internal creative and production teams, and ensure smooth communication among all stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities



Act as the

primary account owner

for assigned clients and build long-term, trusted client relationships. Serve as a

strategic liaison

between creative, production, and account teams to ensure seamless execution. Collect, analyze, and document

client briefs

, ensuring accuracy and clarity before sharing with internal teams. Assign tasks, manage workflows, and

control project schedules

to ensure timely delivery. Monitor project scope, timelines, and deliverables in line with client expectations and agency standards. Convert leads from the

Business Development team

and direct online/offline enquiries into active projects. Analyze client requirements and marketing objectives to propose

cost-effective and value-added communication plans

. Ensure all projects are executed

within approved budgets

. Oversee timely

invoice generation

and ensure payments are collected within agreed credit periods. Provide regular project status updates to clients and internal stakeholders. Ensure complete client satisfaction by maintaining consistent and professional communication.

Required Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree in

Visual Communication

,

BA Multimedia

, or related field (preferred). Minimum

4-5 years of experience

in the advertising or creative agency industry. Prior experience in

project coordination, client servicing, or account management

. Excellent

English communication skills

(both written and verbal), especially for overseas clients. Strong organizational, summarization, and problem-solving abilities. Result-driven mindset with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Flexible working hours to coordinate with international clients. Strong adaptability, collaboration, and teamwork skills.

Shift 1: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm IST

Shift 2: 3:30 pm to 12:30 am IST
