We are seeking an experienced

Project Manager - Civil

to oversee and manage multiple residential construction projects.

Experience & Qualifications

Minimum

5+ years of experience

in

residential construction projects

Degree/Diploma in

Civil Engineering

Must possess a

two-wheeler

and a

valid driving licence

Proven experience in handling

multiple civil projects simultaneously

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and monitor residential construction projects from start to completion Manage multiple project sites and ensure timely delivery Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, vendors, and consultants Ensure quality standards, safety norms, and project specifications are met Monitor project schedules, budgets, and material planning Handle client coordination and reporting Resolve site-related issues efficiently
