Responsibilities

Manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project alignment. Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and subcontractors. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project. Prepare and present project status reports and updates to stakeholders.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within the construction industry. Proven expertise in managing large-scale construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate project teams.
