Role Overview

As a

Project Manager

, you will be responsible for

end-to-end management of construction projects

, from planning through execution and handover. This role requires strong site coordination, decision-making ability, and experience working with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and monitor commercial construction projects Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors Manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and statutory requirements Monitor project budgets, variations, and cost control Conduct site meetings and report project progress to management Resolve on-site technical and execution issues Ensure timely completion and smooth project handover

Who Should Apply

B.Tech / B.E in Civil Engineering (mandatory)

Minimum 5 years of experience managing commercial projects

Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and site execution Experience working in PMC or with large contractors preferred Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and tight timelines Proficient in MS Excel, project tracking, and reporting Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
