Project Oversight: Supervise all on-site activities, ensuring work aligns with plans, specs, and quality standards.
Safety Management: Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations; conduct inspections; ensure PPE usage; manage incident protocols.
Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate site staff and subcontractors; manage daily work schedules; resolve conflicts.
Coordination & Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and suppliers; facilitate communication between management and workers.
Quality & Materials: Monitor work quality, check material deliveries, manage material usage, and ensure proper documentation.
Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly site reports, progress updates, and maintain site records.
