We are looking for an experienced

Project Manager - Civil

to oversee and manage residential construction projects from planning to completion. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, coordination, quality control, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and monitor residential construction projects Manage site activities, schedules, and manpower Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors Ensure projects are completed within timelines and budgets Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications Handle material planning, procurement coordination, and inventory control Ensure adherence to safety regulations and site discipline Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports Resolve site issues and ensure smooth project execution

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering Minimum

5+ years of experience

in residential construction projects Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards Ability to manage multiple sites (if required) Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills Must Have Two wheelers

Preferred:

Experience in villas, apartments, or housing projects Ability to join immediately or within short notice

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
