Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing civil and interior projects within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The role involves coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery from inception to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, monitor, and control civil and interior projects from start to completion. Prepare project schedules, work programs, budgets, and resource plans. Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, and site engineers for design execution. Oversee site activities including civil works, interior fit-outs, finishes, MEP coordination, and installations. Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety norms. Manage contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers effectively. Monitor project costs and control budgets to avoid overruns. Conduct regular site inspections and review progress reports. Handle client meetings, updates, and issue resolution professionally. Ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment. Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans. Ensure proper documentation including BOQs, work orders, variations, billing, and handover documents. Coordinate project handover, snag clearance, and final completion.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field. 5-10 years of experience in civil construction and interior fit-out projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, interior materials, finishes, and execution processes. Experience in residential, commercial, retail, or hospitality projects is preferred.
