Role Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to take full ownership of construction projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. You will be responsible for driving day-to-day site operations, coordinating with all project stakeholders, and ensuring that every stage--from planning to handover--is completed on time, within budget, and to Idealign's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead

end-to-end execution

of construction projects across residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use sectors. Develop and manage

project schedules, budgets, resource planning, and cost control measures

. Coordinate effectively with

architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams

to ensure smooth project progress. Identify project risks early and implement

corrective and preventive actions

. Oversee

procurement planning

, material tracking, and subcontractor performance to avoid delays. Ensure accurate and timely

documentation, progress reporting, and communication

with clients and management. Manage multiple project sites with strong prioritization and follow-up. Ensure compliance with

contracts, standards, and regulatory requirements

across all project categories. Support continuous improvement of Idealign's project management systems and processes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering / Construction Management

.

7+ years

of proven experience in residential construction (villas/apartments). Strong skills in

project planning, execution, cost control, and quality management

. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead teams on site. Proficiency in project management tools and reporting systems. Must be willing to work

on-site in Calicut

.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
