Role - Project Manager

Job Summary:

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all phases of luxury residential and villa projects from design coordination to final handover. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in premium real estate construction, a deep understanding of RERA regulations, and proven experience in handling multiple high-end projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the execution of luxury apartment and villa projects from inception to completion within approved timelines and budgets.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure quality and compliance with design specifications.

Ensure full adherence to RERA guidelines and manage all related documentation, approvals, and reporting requirements.

Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

Conduct regular site inspections to track progress, quality standards, and safety compliance.

Resolve on-site technical issues and ensure timely decision-making to avoid project delays.

Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure transparency and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Evaluate contractor performance and manage procurement of materials as per project needs.

Provide detailed project reports and updates to senior management.

Ensure smooth handover of completed projects to customers with high-quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's Degree or PMP Certification preferred)

Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, specifically in luxury apartments or villa projects.

Strong knowledge of RERA compliance and related real estate regulatory procedures.

Proven experience in handling end-to-end project execution for premium developments.

Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other project management tools.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
