?The Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of a construction project. The PM plans, coordinates, and manages all phases of the project lifecycle--from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closeout--to ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role serves as the primary liaison between the client, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and the construction team.
