Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager
with
7+ years of proven expertise in residential construction projects
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day project operations, coordinating with site teams and consultants, and ensuring that each stage of the project meets company standards in quality, cost, and timeline.
This role requires hands-on experience in residential project delivery--from planning through execution and handover--along with strong leadership and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end project execution of residential developments, ensuring timely completion and adherence to design, budget, and quality standards.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project progress.
Develop and monitor project schedules, resource allocation, and cost control measures.
Conduct regular site reviews to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety norms, and quality benchmarks.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
Lead project documentation, reporting, and communication with clients and management.
Manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely material delivery and work progress.
Ensure transparent communication between all stakeholders and maintain accurate project records.
Support the continuous improvement of project management systems, processes, and execution standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering

Construction Management
, or a related discipline.
Minimum
7 years of experience
in the construction industry, with a strong focus on
residential projects
(villas, apartments, or mixed-use developments).
Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, budgeting, and handover.
Strong understanding of contracts, cost management, scheduling, and quality assurance.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and reporting systems.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and timelines.
