, is seeking an experienced and dedicated

Projects and Business Manager

to oversee our ongoing projects and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have a

B.Tech in Civil Engineering

and a

minimum of 5 years of proven experience

in managing construction projects and client relationships.

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate construction projects from planning to completion. Ensure timely execution, quality assurance, and cost efficiency. Lead on-site teams and maintain effective communication with clients, architects, and engineers. Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and project documentation. Develop business strategies to expand the company's client base. Maintain strong client relations and ensure customer satisfaction. Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Requirements:

B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory). Minimum 5 years of experience in project and business management within construction. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.

Candidates residing within 15 km of Thrissur preferred.
