Budget Management:
Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets, ensuring effective cost management and adherence to financial targets.
Conduct regular financial reviews and reporting, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Risk Management:
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project timelines and costs.
Maintain a risk register and conduct regular risk assessments throughout the project lifecycle.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure that all construction activities comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance protocols.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure that work is completed to the highest standards.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Maintain regular communication with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns.

Contract Management:

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
7 to 10 years of experience in project management, specifically in high-rise building construction.
Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and technologies.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
