Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and manage our civil construction projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to deliver projects within time, quality, and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and manage all phases of civil construction projects. Oversee site activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and safety standards. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. Prepare and review project schedules, budgets, and progress reports. Manage procurement, resource allocation, and cost control. Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks. Resolve project-related issues promptly and effectively. Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.

Desired Skills:

Qualification: B.Tech Civil Required Experience: Minimum 5 years Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office. Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
