Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Project Manager (Male) with a background in Electronics to lead and manage on-site installations, commissioning, and maintenance of our systems and equipment across multiple locations. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in site supervision, technical troubleshooting, team coordination, and project execution. Flexibility with working hours, readiness to travel, and the ability to work in dynamic environments are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight: Lead the end-to-end execution of projects, from planning to commissioning, ensuring alignment with timelines, specifications, and safety protocols. Site Management: Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of electronic systems on-site. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Technical Leadership: Resolve technical issues on-site, assist with troubleshooting, and ensure all systems function as per design specifications. Team Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams. Guide and supervise site engineers and technicians. Documentation: Maintain project documentation including daily site reports, test reports, calibration certificates, and quality checklists. Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental guidelines at all project sites. Travel & Flexibility: Manage site activities across different locations. Must be willing to travel frequently and work extended hours when required to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma / BSc / BTech in Electronics or a related field. Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Site Engineering or Project Management within the electronics domain. In-depth knowledge of electronic systems, circuit installations, testing, and maintenance. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring schematics, and documentation. Proficient in using diagnostic and testing tools (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes). Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple site activities and deadlines simultaneously. Strong organizational and reporting abilities.
