Job Description

An experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager with 4 years of hands-on experience in managing residential, commercial, and hospitality interior design projects from concept to completion. Proven track record in coordinating design teams, contractors, vendors, and clients to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end execution of interior design projects, ensuring adherence to design standards, timelines, and budgets. Collaborate with design and architectural teams to interpret client requirements and translate them into actionable plans. Prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and adjust timelines as necessary to meet deadlines. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality control. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for procurement, deliveries, and installations. Handle client communications, provide progress updates, and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Manage project documentation including contracts, drawings, change orders, and status reports. Ensure all regulatory approvals and permits are secured in a timely manner. Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication among all stakeholders.

Requirements:

Strong project management and organizational skills Excellent knowledge of interior design materials, finishes, and construction techniques Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project tracking tools Familiar with local building codes and regulations Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills Effective communication and leadership qualities Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality delivery
