Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and completing networking and ELV (Extra Low Voltage) system projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The role involves coordinating with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery, quality control, and adherence to safety and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and manage all project phases from initiation to handover. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for project design, approvals, and execution. Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of ELV systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA System, Networking, and BMS. Review project drawings, technical submittals, and BOQs. Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, and implement corrective actions. Manage project budgets, materials procurement, and resource allocation. Lead site engineers, technicians, and subcontractors ensuring proper coordination and quality control. Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation for management and clients. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on all project sites. Conduct client meetings and site inspections regularly to review project milestones.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Communication Engineering. 5-10 years of experience in project management of Networking & ELV systems. Strong knowledge of systems like CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Structured Cabling, and IP-based solutions. Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera, AutoCAD, and project reporting tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
