: Civil Project Manager

Responsibilities:

Supervision:

Oversee day-to-day operations at construction sites, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.

Team Management:

Coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.

Quality Control:

Monitor work progress, materials usage, and construction quality to maintain high standards and compliance with project requirements.

Problem Solving:

Identify and address issues or delays that may arise during construction, implementing solutions to keep projects on track.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including progress reports, site inspections, and any incidents or accidents that occur.

Communication:

Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to provide updates on project status, address concerns, and facilitate effective communication.

Safety Compliance:

Enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
