Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Project Manager

with a minimum of

3 years of relevant experience

to oversee end-to-end project execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget while ensuring quality and compliance with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and manage day-to-day project activities from initiation to completion. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution. Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders. Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Manage procurement schedules, material planning, and resource allocation. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards at all stages. Handle documentation, drawings, work permits, and approvals as required. Conduct site visits, meetings, and inspections to track progress and resolve issues promptly. Support senior management in forecasting, cost control, and strategic planning.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering / Project Management / Architecture / relevant discipline

. Minimum

3 years of experience

in project management or site coordination (preferably in [construction / infrastructure / MEP / relevant industry]). Strong knowledge of project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Excel, or equivalent). Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Familiarity with safety norms, quality standards, and local regulatory requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously. Certification in Project Management (PMP / PRINCE2) is an added advantage. Working knowledge of AutoCAD / BIM / ERP systems is desirable.
