As follows:

Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews. Create comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and other staff members Lead and coordinate project staff and resources to ensure project milestones are met and quality standards are upheld Implements production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. Communicate proactively the status, issues, and risks involved in the project Manage teams and analyze their performance . Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Structural and Electrical work requirement and allocation BOQ Generation and comparison Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
