Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Project Manager

to oversee and lead our construction projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction industry, a proven track record of successful project delivery, and the ability to manage all aspects of a project, including scope, budget, schedule, and quality. This role requires a leader who can effectively coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. . Manage day-to-day operations and supervise all phases of the construction process.

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor project teams, including site supervisors, engineers, and laborers. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Budget & Cost Management:

Monitor project costs and financial performance, ensuring the project stays within the approved budget. Identify and manage potential cost overruns.

Schedule Management:

Create and maintain project schedules, and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Quality Control:

Enforce quality standards and ensure all work meets or exceeds industry regulations and project specifications.

Client & Stakeholder Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and other stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project progress, address concerns, and manage expectations.

Risk Management:

Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent project delays or issues.

Safety Compliance:

Ensure strict adherence to all health and safety regulations on the construction site. Conduct regular safety inspections and promote a culture of safety.

Qualifications:

Experience:

A minimum of

10 years of experience

in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a project management role.

Education:

A

bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

or a related field is strongly preferred.
