Job Description

Project Planning & Execution

Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource needs.

Develop detailed project plans using tools .

Manage dependencies and critical paths to ensure on-time delivery.

Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.

Facilitate effective communication across cross-functional teams.

Report regularly on progress, risks, issues, and mitigation strategies to executive leadership.

Risk & Issue Management

Identify potential risks early and develop mitigation and contingency plans.

Monitor project health using KPIs and adjust course as needed.

Team Coordination

Align teams around goals, milestones, and deliverables.

Qualifications

2-4 years of project management experience.

Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
