Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Project Manager

to oversee construction projects from conception through completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and technical skills to manage all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery. You will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects are delivered

on time, within scope, and within budget

, while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

MUST HAVE 8-10 YRS EXPERIENCE IN RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION

Contractor management for completing project under the schedule Snag list preparation Concrete plan and monthly plan execution to achieve the target QC hold points sheet updates in groups. The concrete approval site visit report shall include the images of drawings referred. Contractor work management Quality / Quantity verification for materials reached / suggested by client Planning of works as per schedule / client requirements Daily workers arrangement plan Purchase/ WO requisition, Union management, loading unloading management, quality check, site hygiene, Hold points completion Follow up and coordination on office activities through Construction manager Verify mbook and verify the bills can be proceeded. Ensure DPR is submitted by supervisor Attending handover sites and clearing all the defects and submitting the report within the stipulated time Site visit report for each site visit Variation quotes shall be explained techno - commercially to the client The successor and predecessor activity planning shall be done by Project manager Monthly report submission on 25th of every month Job hazard Assurance shall be done by Project managers Ensure drawings and updated and drawing register is updated in the group. Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
