Job Description

Minimum 5 years of experience in the same industry is Mandatory.

? For the agreement of new project, give the proposed completion date to designer head and admin after analysing the current status of the ongoing projects.

? Receiving the projects from designer head and Admin.

? Officially receive the site from our construction team or Client side.

? Prepare project Schedule and report to Designer Head.

? Planning the entire project - Production, Site installation, Sub-contract work and Completion date after considering the current project status.

? Directing the project co-ordinator for the site measurement after coordinating with the client.

? After site visit and measurement taken by Project coordinator need to conduct a discussion meeting with, Floor supervisor and drawing persons

? After receiving and verifying the material procurement list from Interior project coordinator, sending the same to factory manager, Purchase manager, Production manager after signing the document and get the signature of them on the document.

? Conduct the internal project planning meeting by project manager, project coordinator, production manager, Factory manager, purchase manager and confirm the date of: Material procurement, starting and ending date of inhouse production, Starting and ending date of Site work (Gypsum etc...), Starting and ending of site installation. prepare the meeting minutes and keep one copy with everyone and send to the designer head and Admin.

? Hand overing the furniture drawings to Production Manager and ensure the drawings for 1 week production has been submitted.

? Ensuring the smooth communication with Client.

? After completing the production status as per the Agreement terms inform this with the client as official mail and CC to Accounts and Admin. (communicate through WhatsApp and call also)

? Get the confirmation from Admin side for the completion of the production as per

Pay: ?35,997.32 - ?67,261.12 per month
