Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in software development or Quality Assurance. This role requires leading cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and driving projects to successful completion within scope, time, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and quality benchmarks. Oversee the QA process, ensuring robust testing strategies, defect management, and quality compliance. Work closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure deliverables meet functional and performance requirements. Implement and monitor project management best practices, tools, and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or hybrid). Manage project risks, dependencies, and change requests effectively. Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and leadership teams. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation in both development and QA processes.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in software project management, including hands-on involvement in Quality Assurance. Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies. Proven track record in managing Agile/Scrum-based projects. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with QA tools such as Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, or similar is a plus. Ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.

Pay: ?700,000.00 - ?1,500,000.00 per year
