Job Description

Lead the planning and implementation of civil construction projects. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals. Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Manage project risks, timelines, and quality to ensure completion within scope and budget. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and local authorities. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Oversee procurement of materials and subcontractor agreements. Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with local construction laws, codes, and regulations. Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the project lifecycle. Support the negotiation and administration of contracts.
