Amzer Infra Projects is seeking an experienced and dedicated

Project Manager

to lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish Prepare project schedules, cost estimates, and budgets Allocate resources and manage subcontractors, vendors, and site teams Monitor project progress and adjust schedules and targets as needed Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and legal standards Regularly report project status to senior management and stakeholders Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during project execution Lead team meetings and provide direction and motivation to on-site staff

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in project management within the construction industry Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations
