Job Title: Project Manager - Luxury Residential Interiors

Role Summary:

Manage end-to-end execution of luxury residential interior projects (villas, premium apartments, penthouses) ensuring superior quality, on-time delivery, and exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute high-end residential interiors as per approved designs, drawings, and material samples Manage site teams, premium vendors, and specialized craftsmen Ensure luxury finish standards, detailing, and snag-free handovers Coordinate modular kitchens, wardrobes, bespoke furniture, and smart home works Track timelines, budgets, and high-value material procurement Act as single point of contact for HNI clients during execution
Requirements:

5-10 years of experience in luxury residential interior execution Strong knowledge of premium materials, finishes, and detailing Ability to read drawings, BOQs, and execution plans Excellent site management and client-handling skills
Qualification:

Diploma / Bachelor's in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or Architecture

Tools:

AutoCAD (basic), MS Excel, project tracking tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
