The Project Coordinator & Manager will be responsible for
end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of multiple agency projects
. This role ensures
smooth workflows between clients and internal teams
, on-time delivery, quality control, and process discipline in a
fast-paced agency environment

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution
Plan, track, and manage
multiple client projects simultaneously
Break briefs into tasks, timelines, and deliverables
Ensure projects are delivered
on time, within scope, and with quality
Internal Coordination
Coordinate with
Creative, Design, Video, Content, Social Media, Performance & Tech teams
Assign tasks, track progress, and remove bottlenecks
Ensure proper briefing and re-briefing across departments
Client Communication
Act as the
primary point of contact
for project-related communication
Share timelines, updates, and deliverables with clients
Handle feedback, revisions, and expectation management professionally
Process & Workflow Management
Implement and maintain
agency workflows, SOPs, and tools
Ensure briefs, approvals, and deliveries follow defined processes
Improve efficiency and reduce turnaround time
Quality & Risk Control
Ensure deliverables meet
brand guidelines and client expectations
Identify risks, delays, and scope creep early and address them
Escalate issues proactively with solutions
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain project trackers, status reports, and timelines
Share weekly / monthly project performance updates with leadership
Document learnings and improve future execution
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven agency experience (mandatory)
in digital/creative projects
Strong understanding of
agency workflows and client servicing
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to handle
high-pressure, multi-project environments
Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
High attention to detail and ownership mindset
Tools & Knowledge
Project management tools- Any
Google Workspace / MS Office
Basic understanding of
creative production & digital marketing workflows
