The Project Manager - Construction will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing construction projects on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Monitor project progress, quality, cost, and timelines.
Ensure compliance with safety norms, statutory regulations, and company standards.
Review BOQs, drawings, contracts, and work orders.
Handle vendor and subcontractor management, billing, and certifications.
Conduct regular site meetings and provide project status reports to management.
Resolve site-level technical and execution challenges.
Ensure timely handover of projects with complete documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management practices.
Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera / Excel (preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines.
