Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and monitor real estate construction projects
Manage
daily site activities
and coordinate with contractors, engineers, and consultants
Ensure work is executed as per
approved drawings, BOQ, and quality standards
Monitor
project timelines, budgets, and cash flow
Review and approve
contractor bills (RA bills)
Ensure
safety compliance, labor management, and site discipline
Coordinate statutory approvals (RERA, local authority, completion/OC)
Prepare
progress reports, MIS, and documentation
Manage project handover, snag list, and defect liability period
Preferred Experience
Residential / Commercial projects
Handling projects from
excavation to possession
Requirements & Skills
Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering / Construction Management
Minimum
5 -7 years experience
in real estate construction projects
Strong knowledge of
construction methods, materials, and site execution
Experience in
vendor & contractor management
Familiarity with
RERA and local building regulations
Proficient in
MS Excel, MS Project / Primavera
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
