Key ResponsibilitiesA. Project Planning & Strategy



Develop the overall project plan, including scope, schedule, budget, resource planning, procurement, and risk assessment.

Conduct feasibility studies and coordinate with architects, consultants, and engineering teams.

Finalize project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

B. Execution & Construction Management



Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with specifications, drawings, and safety standards.

Monitor progress against project schedule and take corrective actions when required.

Ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and resources.

C. Vendor, Contractor & Consultant Coordination



Manage tendering process, evaluate bids, and negotiate contracts.

Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to SLAs, quality norms, and timelines.

Coordinate with structural, MEP, architectural, landscape, and other consultants.

D. Quality & Safety Compliance



Implement stringent quality control systems at site.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with statutory regulations.

Conduct regular audits and inspections.

E. Budget & Cost Control



Prepare and manage project budgets and cash flow.

Track costs, certify contractor bills, and ensure cost efficiency.

Minimize project overruns through proactive monitoring.

F. Regulatory & Statutory Approvals



Liaise with government authorities for approvals related to construction, land, environment, fire, and occupancy.

Ensure all legal and compliance requirements are fulfilled.

G. Stakeholder Management



Communicate project status to management through regular reports.

Coordinate with sales, finance, legal, and marketing teams for project integration.

Handle customer queries related to project delivery.

H. Project Handover & Closure



Ensure completion of finishing works, MEP testing, snag rectification, and documentation.

Oversee handover to customers / facility management teams.

Conduct post-project evaluation for lessons learned.

Key Skills & Competencies



Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management tools, and real estate regulations.

Ability to manage large teams, contractors, and multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and construction management software.

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory); Master's degree (M.Tech / MBA / Construction Management) preferred.

10-20+ years of experience in real estate or construction industry (depending on seniority).

Proven track record of delivering large-scale residential or commercial projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?717,856.43 - ?1,300,000.00 per year
