Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in real estate or construction project delivery. The role involves managing the full lifecycle of high-end development projects -- from planning to execution and completion -- while ensuring top-tier quality, cost, and schedule control.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, monitor, and manage luxury construction projects under Rhinestoa (Ceiver Group). Prepare and track project schedules, budgets, and milestones. Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors for smooth execution. Oversee site operations, safety, and quality standards. Ensure timely project completion within defined budgets and timelines. Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and approvals with local authorities. Provide regular progress updates and reports to Ceiver management.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's / PMP Certification preferred). 8-15 years of experience in construction or real estate project management. Proven record of completing residential or commercial projects successfully. Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or other project tracking tools. Good knowledge of Bangalore construction norms, approvals, and materials.

Preferred Skills

Experience in premium/luxury residential or hospitality projects. Understanding of sustainable construction and green building practices. Strong vendor management and stakeholder communication.
