Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 12 to 15 years of experience to lead and manage projects in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SPFx and SharePoint with a preference for those with experience in Research and Development. This role involves overseeing day-to-day project activities ensuring timely delivery and aligning with company objectives.

Responsibilities

Lead project planning sessions to ensure project goals are met within the specified timeline and budget. Oversee the development and implementation of SPFx and SharePoint solutions to enhance project efficiency. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of project components. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status risks and opportunities. Ensure all project documentation is complete accurate and up-to-date. Facilitate communication between team members to promote collaboration and problem-solving. Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact. Evaluate project performance and implement improvements for future projects. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle. Foster a positive team environment to motivate team members and enhance productivity. Utilize technical expertise in SPFx and SharePoint to troubleshoot and resolve project-related issues. Align project outcomes with company objectives to contribute to overall business success.

Qualifications

Possess a strong technical background in SPFx and SharePoint essential for project execution. Demonstrate excellent project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage team dynamics. Have experience in Research and Development which is advantageous for this role. Show proficiency in managing hybrid work models and adapting to changing project needs. Display strong problem-solving abilities to address project challenges effectively. Hold a relevant project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.

Certifications Required

PMP or PRINCE2 certification is required.
