Title: Project Manager & Business Analyst

Collaborate on digital initiatives covering

AI, Digital, automation and data analytics

to improve productivity and deliver measurable business value. He/ She must enable adoption of modern tools and agile practices, aligning business and technology

Responsibilities

1. Project Leader with Agile delivery skills

He /she will coordinate projects, track deliveries using

MS Project -

collaborating with Head of IT and stakeholders to scope, prioritize, and deliver transformation initiatives on time and budget Mandatory to have strong

MS Project

skills with proven expertise of managing multiple projects Knowledge of Agile methodologies - Sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, ceremonies etc

2. AI & Emerging Technologies

Assess and deploy

AI tools

-- both horizontal (productivity/collaboration) and vertical (domain-specific) -- to drive operational efficiency. Conduct

Proof of Concepts (POCs)

for emerging technologies and evaluate their impact on business outcomes and ROI.

Design & User Experience

Translate business processes into intuitive workflows, wireframes, and prototypes using

Figma

,

Canva

, or similar tools.

4. Engagement & Change Management

Prepare

graphical & content rich slide decks

- delivering message in crisp & appealing manner communicating project goals, deliverables, and outcomes clearly across teams Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions to foster adoption of digital tools and AI-driven solutions

5. Data Analytics & Automation

Build

interactive Power BI dashboards

and automate data pipelines using

Power Automate

for real-time decision support. Identify opportunities for workflow automation and process optimization across departments

6. Microsoft 365 & Digital Workplace Optimization

Maximize value from the

Microsoft 365 ecosystem

-- Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform, Viva Insights, Loop, Bookings, and Forms. Lead adoption campaigns and develop user-friendly guides, training materials, and documentation to boost self-service and digital literacy.

Skills & Qualifications

Positive communicator with pleasing approach Proven experience in

Project Management

and

Business Analysis

for digital or transformation projects. Working knowledge of

UI/UX design

and rapid prototyping tools

(Figma, Canva).

Certification in

MS Project, Agile (Scrum Master)

Proficiency in Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) and Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
