White Tusker LLP is seeking a highly experienced and decisive

Project Manager

to lead our architectural projects from conception through completion. We are a fast-paced firm committed to delivering exceptional design and construction quality. We need a hands-on leader who can coordinate complex project schedules, budgets, and teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all phases of architectural projects, including schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and internal design teams. Develop, maintain, and track detailed project schedules and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. Lead project meetings, document decisions, and manage communication flow between all stakeholders. Oversee quality control, risk management, and compliance with all relevant codes and standards.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years

of dedicated professional experience in Project Management.

Essential:

Significant, proven experience managing projects within the

Architecture

industry is non-negotiable. Strong technical knowledge of architectural processes, construction methods, and building systems. Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams. Proficiency in project management software, MS Office Suite, and architectural software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD). Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: ₹520,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
