The Project Manager is the leader responsible for making sure projects get done on time, on budget, and meet their goals. You will manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial idea to final delivery, ensuring clear communication between the team and all key partners.
What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Plan: Define the project scope, set clear goals, and create the detailed plan, timeline, and budget.
Lead & Manage: Coordinate the work of the team and external vendors, keeping everyone focused and on track.
Track & Adjust: Monitor project progress daily, identify issues, and proactively manage risks and changes to the plan.
Communicate: Keep all stakeholders informed with regular, clear updates on status, potential problems, and final results.
Deliver: Ensure the final product or service meets the quality standards and is successfully handed over.
What You'll Need (Qualifications)
Experience: [5] years of proven experience managing projects from start to finish.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineer
Skills:
Excellent leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Strong ability to communicate clearly and manage various people/groups
