Position Summary:

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project execution for residential, commercial, and villa construction projects. The role involves planning, budgeting, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing contractors and vendors, ensuring quality standards, and delivering projects within the defined timeline and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities from start to completion. Prepare project schedules, cost estimates, and resource plans in line with project goals. Manage site engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely project execution. Ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols. Review architectural and structural drawings to identify technical requirements and discrepancies. Coordinate with procurement for material planning and vendor management. Track project progress, monitor timelines, and control costs to minimize deviations. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with SOPs, quality, and safety standards. Prepare and present project status reports to management on a weekly and monthly basis. Collaborate with clients, architects, and consultants to resolve site-related issues. Manage handover documentation, snag lists, and ensure successful project closure.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong leadership, planning, and project management skills. Excellent understanding of civil construction techniques, materials, and standards. Proficiency in project scheduling and monitoring tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.). Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously. Knowledge of safety, compliance, and quality control standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).

Experience:

8-15 years of experience in end-to-end construction project management.

Preferred Industry:

Residential, commercial, or villa construction projects.

Pay: ₹721,113.20 - ₹1,241,913.89 per year
