Title:

Project Manager-Residential Projects

We are hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver high-quality residential building projects. If you have a strong background in construction project management, we want to meet you!

Requirements:

? Minimum 9-14 years of experience in managing residential construction projects
?Complete experience should be from residential building
? Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and site coordination
? Ability to handle contractors, vendors, timelines, and budgets
? Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office
? Excellent leadership and communication skills
? Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field

?Kannada is mandatory

?Bike is mandatory

? Male candidate is preferred
