Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and dynamic

Project Manager

with strong experience in

real estate development, commercial, residential, and office projects

. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in

project management and architectural design

, with the ability to lead projects from conception through execution, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee

end-to-end management

of real estate, residential, and office projects, from design to construction handover. Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution. Review and approve design drawings, BOQs, specifications, and construction documentation. Ensure that project design aligns with client requirements, brand standards, and sustainability practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction/Project Management. 8-9 years of experience in

real estate, residential, and commercial/office project management and design

. Strong knowledge of architectural design, construction processes, and real estate development cycles. Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, BIM/Revit preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities. Proven track record of managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously. Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards. Manage project risks, resolve conflicts, and address design or site challenges proactively. Oversee procurement, contract negotiations, and cost control. Lead and mentor internal teams, promoting collaboration and accountability. Deliver projects within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
