Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Project Manager

to lead and manage interior fit-out projects with a strong focus on MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) coordination. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record of delivering high-quality commercial, hospitality, or retail interior projects, with hands-on experience managing teams, timelines, budgets, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full lifecycle of interior fit-out projects, from initial planning and design coordination through execution and handover. Supervise day-to-day site operations, ensuring that work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and timelines. Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Review and ensure MEP systems are properly integrated into interior works, without affecting design or functionality. Prepare project plans, schedules, and progress reports; monitor milestones and ensure timely delivery. Manage project budgets, control costs, and ensure optimal resource utilization. Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving any technical or execution-related issues on-site. Lead site meetings and inspections; enforce quality control and health & safety compliance. Review shop drawings, material submittals, and RFIs in coordination with consultants and design teams. Ensure all documentation, including contracts, variations, and handover reports, is properly maintained.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Architecture. 3-5 years of experience in managing interior fit-out projects with strong exposure to MEP works. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget. Strong leadership and coordination skills with an eye for detail and quality. Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office Suite. Excellent communication, client-handling, and problem-solving abilities. Good knowledge of local building regulations, authority approvals, and safety standards.
