About this Role

As a Project Manager at Paywize, you will coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver fintech products. You'll be responsible for tracking progress, managing resources, and ensuring timely delivery across multiple ongoing product streams.

Key Responsibilities:

Define project goals, timelines, and scope with stakeholders Structure and manage integrated, multi-track projects Lead the development and tracking of integrated project plans Manage scope by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle Create and manage sprint plans and track deliverables Utilize project scheduling and control tools to monitor project plans and work hours Monitor execution risks and remove blockers Conduct stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Review project activities for compliance with procedures and standards Ensure clear documentation and reporting to leadership
Required Skills and Qualifications:

3+ years of experience managing software projects Strong command over Agile/Scrum methodology Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously Critical thinking and good decision-making abilities Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication, planning, and coordination skills Excellent team and time management skills Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or ClickUp
Preferred Skills:

Experience in fintech, banking, or B2B SaaS PMP or CSM certification is added advantage Ability to manage third-party vendors or technology partner

Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per year
